Imagine waking up to the gentle sound of waves, stepping out onto your terrace, and watching the colors change across the sea while sipping your morning coffee. Mermaid is a sea-front sanctuary where luxury meets nature, complete with your own infinity pool, beach access, and panoramic sea views.Sleeps 10 Persons.Located on a peninsular this villa is a 10 mins’ walk to the local village of Srithanu.A perfect villa for a group or family. The bedrooms have air-conditioning.Paradise on Koh Phangan A spectacular sea front villa with a large 14-metre infinity pool. 5 Bedrooms. Located on a peninsular this villa approximately 10 minutes’ walk to the local village of Sri Thanu. The main large living area contains a large sofa to seat around 10 people and a dining table that can seat 10 people. The kitchen bar also in this living area, is fully kitted with microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster and coffee making. Also located in the main living area is the large American style fridge. The main lounge stays very cool with cool air from the sea front. The lounge however does have four large ceiling fans. A smart tv 55inch. The villa has 3 reasonable sized double bedrooms with large glass front sliding windows that look out towards the bay. The other 2 bedrooms are at the back part of the villa one with a large sliding window that gives the room plenty of light, this bedroom contains two single beds. The other double bedroom is at the back with its own exit to the back part of the villa. Four of the bedrooms have a large ceiling fan and all bedroons have air-conditioning. A 14 Meter large infinity pool and led colored lights and its infinity front that looks like it drops water into the ocean are what make this villa special. The pool terrace has a number of sunbeds and outside chairs including two hammocks. The far end of the villa has a BBQ area and a dining table that is covered. Also has a large extended terrace that is next to the sea with grest views to chill out on with lounge seats and table. All the gardens are lit up at night with a selection of colored lights. A gate keeps the property private, has security cameras and its own small car park enough for 1 car or a dozen motorbikes. The area is private and extremely quiet, with excellent views across the sea towards the main bay of Hin Kong and Koh Samui. Hin Kong is a natural beach front coast line. The villa has access to a small natural beach, this can be great place to swim and paddle. No cleaner fees.. Cleaners change linen, towels every 4 days. General cleaning daily if needed. All of the villa is assessable with small car park and small beach in front is assessable. The beach is shallow water during the months April through to September. The tide is noticable from shallow to sometimes 2 meters deep. The manager of the villa can offer any type of help including guides to the island and advanced bookings of tours, boat trips, private speed boat, motorbike hire, car hire etc.. Sri Thanu, known as the Yoga zone. Quiet area. 1 minute walk to Yoga One, Yoga Teaching center. 2 minutes walk to a Tops Daily supermarket. 2 minutes walk is Orion Health Center. Yoga, Meditation, Health Cafe.. 5 minutes walk to Sri Thanu beach. 10 Minutes walk is Agama Yoga Center. 8 Minutes walk to center Sri Thanu village (7/11, massage parlors, restaurants) Fullmoon party is 20mins drive, taxi can be arranged. Fullmoon party dates : Taxi's can be booked from the villa, for all locations across the Island. Motorbikes and cars can be rented from a nearby rental shop that are 100% trust worthy. We can help you organize, reserve the hiring of motorbikes, scooters and cars. Some times of the year, especially around full moon party its difficult to get a car and even scooters. Private speed boat can also be organized for tours around the Island or to the Anthong Islands, aswell as private transfer to and from Samui. Koh Phangan is famous for its once a month fullmoon party in the village of Haad Rin, about 20 mins drive from the villa. Below are the dates of the parties. Please note dates do change due to Buddhist and Government events and to check on other sources to be sure the party is not pushed 1 day forward.
